Cohesive is a family owned and operated, design and construction business with the head office based in Christchurch and 7 branches South Island wide. Cohesive in name, cohesive in nature, we pride ourselves in delivering unparalleled projects and uncompromising quality in every project we undertake. We employ over 100 staff including, quantity surveyors, architectural technicians, designers, builders, foremen, project managers and other industry professionals who collaborate on every new build.

Although Cohesive is a 100% Kiwi-owned company, we have a long-standing history of successful partnerships with Czech companies. Cohesive has employed Czech specialists and collaborated on numerous projects across New Zealand that cater to Czech investors and involve Czech subcontractors. This deep-rooted relationship reflects our commitment to fostering international connections while delivering exceptional results tailored to the needs of Czech stakeholders.

Cohesive is the sole distributor of Wide Span Sheds in the South Island, with a wide range of pre-engineered cold-rolled steel buildings all using New Zealand made steel.
